~- You must include the New BSD license with any redistributions/modifications to label the original code
~- You can fork the project or use it as you see fit with no requirements in terms of permission

The Creative Commons license provides the protection I require while at the same time being rather simple and easy to understand.
The qualities of the Creative Commons follow:

~-The Creative Commons license does not hinder fair use
~-The author(s) may waive any of the conditions above - that means that I can use my documents for commercial purposes as I see fit.
Since this is documentation on an open source project, selling them would be rather rediculous. I licensed them under the CC2 license because it's simple, powerful and does what I want.
