What is JavaHelp
JavaHelp 2 seems to be rather old, and not necessarily common in terms of use. Sun lists a bunch of old, and out of date authoring tools. I'll need to do more research, but it looks like JavaHelp itself provides the standard help functions: hierarchical indices, searching and a standard UI. I'm not sure how it handles context help, probably not at all.
